You are more than a label


When I used to go through burnout or panic attacks, I looked for answers to help me understand what was going on for me.


There are great resources out there. The issue is when this label becomes your identity (“I am an anxious person”) and limits your capacity to even hope you can heal and come back to wholeness.


Some of my clients say they have BPD, ADHD, OCD, etc.


When I psychically tune into their energy, I just see someone who is not in alignment with their authentic self. The anxiety is the result of it, not the cause.


They repress some parts of them they are ashamed of and block the dialogue with their inner child.


You don’t have just one mind - I know it is surprising.

You have many “parts” that are trying to keep you safe and are sometimes contradictory - for instance, the part who wants connection and the other part who fears getting hurt.


When you work on your inner child and know your parts, you understand that emotional, psychological or physical pain when it arises is a message from them.


Listen to them, don’t push them away.

They are not as scary as they seem.

Reconnect with them, have compassion and curiosity.


I can guarantee that in a very short time, the internal battle vanishes and the inner peace comes back.


You don't need a label.

You are just who you are.


A beautiful multifaceted being, that has no bad parts,

Just parts who need love and attention like the little child you once were.
