Aude Firmin

Aude Firmin is a world-renownedLondon-based intuitive business coach, psychic medium, Reiki Master and spiritual life coach, and the creator of the Trust the Signal™ Method. She works with founders, leaders and conscious entrepreneurs at the point where the spreadsheet and the gut feeling disagree, helping them read the signal underneath the noise and make decisions they can actually stand behind.

Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and intuition. Not one instead of the other. Both, because real leadership requires both.

Aude spent fifteen years in corporate at senior level, working with the C-suite and boards on digital transformation, innovation and growth. Among the brands she worked with were Microsoft, Gucci, Publicis, Trainline, Depop and Clarks, delivering multi-million-pound results across web, mobile and international strategy. On paper it looked like success. Underneath it was the quiet experience so many high performers recognise: burnout, disconnection, and the feeling of executing someone else's plan very well.

Alongside that career, another capacity was asking for attention. Highly sensitive and intuitive since childhood, Aude had always perceived energy, read rooms before anyone spoke, and known things she had no logical route to knowing. Rather than manage it privately, she trained it properly. Over time, the two paths stopped competing. Strategy gave structure. Intuition gave direction. Together they became a method.

The Trust the Signal™ Method is that method, made teachable. It brings intuitive business coaching, psychic insight, energy work and grounded strategy into one process rather than four separate appointments. Clients begin with an initiation, a single session designed to surface what is actually happening beneath the presenting question. From there, three journeys are available: The Reset, The Path and The Becoming, depending on whether the work ahead is clearing, direction, or full identity-level change. Aude has trained across both psychological and spiritual disciplines to keep this work safe, ethical and applicable in real conditions. She is accredited in spiritual life coaching, somatic trauma coaching and mindfulness coaching, with trauma-informed approaches including Internal Family Systems. She qualified as a Reiki Master, practitioner and teacher, and trained professionally as a psychic medium at the College of Psychic Studies in London, where she now teaches intuitive strategy. None of it is used as an escape from reality. It is used to regulate the nervous system, clear what is blocking movement, and return people to their own authority.

She has worked with more than 1,000 clients across more than twenty countries, from technology leaders and corporate executives to creatives, practitioners, founders and professionals building something of their own. Most arrive at a crossroads, successful by every external measure and privately ready for something more honest.

Aude teaches and facilitates at the College of Psychic Studies, collaborates with conscious spaces including She's Lost Control, and leads retreats and immersive experiences internationally. She hosts The Aude Firmin Podcast and has been featured on international podcasts and platforms. Her first book, Trust the Signal, is published in November 2026.

Service has always been part of the path. She has supported philanthropic initiatives across France, Africa and the UK, including Restos du Cœur and Euston Foodbank. When one person reconnects to their own signal, it does not stay with them. It moves through families, teams and communities.
