A nervous system in survival cannot tell you the difference between a bad decision and an unfamiliar one. Everything reads as danger, so everything reads as no. This is why regulation comes first and is not a wellness add on.

The adaptation you made early, that worked, that hardened into personality. It answers before you do. Until you can see it moving, you will mistake it for judgement.
