Overview

This website is operated by Aude Firmin ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting audefirmin.com, booking an initiation or journey, attending a session, or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced here.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website or book our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 1. About our services

Aude Firmin offers intuitive business coaching, psychic mediumship, Reiki, and spiritual life coaching, delivered through the Trust the Signal™ Method. Services are offered as a single entry session (an initiation) and as longer containers (the journeys: The Reset, The Path, and The Becoming), in person in London and online worldwide.

All services are provided on the basis that you take full responsibility for your own decisions, choices, and actions. Our work is designed to support your own intuition and judgement, not to replace it.

Section 2. Eligibility

By booking with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We do not provide services to minors.

Section 3. Important disclaimer: not medical, legal, or financial advice

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing we say or provide should be relied upon as such.

Reiki and energy work are complementary practices. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please continue any treatment prescribed by your doctor or healthcare provider and consult them before making any changes to your care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact the emergency services or your doctor immediately.

Psychic mediumship and intuitive readings are offered in good faith as a source of insight and reflection. In accordance with UK consumer protection law, we make no claim that any reading is guaranteed to be accurate, and you should not make significant life, business, health, or financial decisions solely on the basis of a reading.

Intuitive business coaching is not regulated financial or legal advice. Any business, investment, or commercial decision you take following a session is your own.

Section 4. No guarantee of outcomes

Every client's experience is different. We do not guarantee any specific result, transformation, business outcome, income, or improvement in health or wellbeing. Testimonials on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will experience.

Section 5. Booking, payment, and pricing

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received in full, or, where a payment plan has been agreed in writing, once the first instalment has been received.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Payment is taken through our secure third party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Where a payment plan has been agreed, each instalment is due on the date set out in your client agreement. Any instalment not paid by its due date will incur a late payment fee of 15% of the overdue amount, and sessions may be paused until payment is received.

The complimentary consultation is a short introductory conversation and does not form part of any paid service. It carries no obligation to book.

Section 6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and lateness

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, and sessions missed without notice, will be charged in full and cannot be refunded or rebooked without charge.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee applies. If you are more than 20 minutes late without contacting us, the session may be treated as a missed session.

If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund for that session.

Section 7. Journeys and packages

Journeys and multi session packages must be completed within the timeframe stated at the time of booking. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period unless an extension has been agreed in writing.

Journeys and packages are personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared, or exchanged for cash.

Section 8. Refunds and your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you book online or by phone you have 14 days from the date of booking to cancel and receive a full refund, provided no sessions have yet taken place. If you ask us to begin the service within the 14 day period and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for any sessions already delivered.

After the 14 day period, journeys and packages cannot be refunded, except where we are unable to deliver the service. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Section 9. Confidentiality

Everything you share in a session is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to any third party except where required by law, where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, or with your explicit consent.

Sessions are not recorded unless both parties agree in advance. You may not record sessions without our prior written consent.

Section 10. Online sessions

Online sessions are delivered via video call. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, a private space, and a working device. If a session is interrupted by technical issues on your side, we will do our best to accommodate the remaining time but cannot guarantee it. If the issue is on our side, we will reschedule the lost time at no charge.

Section 11. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

provide accurate information when booking
inform us of any health condition, medication, or circumstance that may be relevant to your session, particularly for Reiki and energy work
arrive on time and prepared
treat us and our premises with respect

We reserve the right to end a session, decline a booking, or cease working with any client where we consider it appropriate, including where the relationship is not a good fit or where behaviour is abusive or inappropriate. Where we end an engagement, any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded.

Section 12. Intellectual property

The Trust the Signal™ Method, its name, structure, and all associated materials, together with all content on this website (including text, images, audio, video, and downloadable resources such as The Signal Practice), are owned by Aude Firmin and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may use materials we provide for your own personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, or commercially exploit any part of our content or method without our prior written permission.

Section 13. Website use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may modify or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

Information on the website is provided for general information only. While we make every effort to keep it accurate and current, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions.

Section 14. Third party links and tools

Our website and communications may include links to third party websites, tools, or services (including booking, payment, podcast, and social media platforms). We have no control over these and accept no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Section 15. Testimonials, feedback, and submissions

If you send us feedback, testimonials, or other materials, you agree that we may use, edit, and publish them for marketing purposes unless you tell us otherwise in writing. We will not publish your full name without your consent.

Section 16. Personal information

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation.

Section 17. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, or opportunity, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Section 18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Section 19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Section 20. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement for a specific journey or package, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.

Section 21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
