What is Usui Reiki Level 1? Usui Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of your Reiki journey, introducing you to the power of energy healing. This level focuses on self-healing, learning to channel Reiki energy, and gaining the skills to heal others through hands-on techniques. What Will You Learn? How to channel Reiki energy for self-healing and healing others The basics of energy centres (chakras) and how to cleanse and balance them The hand positions for treating the body and energy field Techniques for clearing blockages and promoting overall well-being How to connect to your higher self and intuitively guide your healing practice What Does This Course Include? Authentic Reiki Attunement Internationally Recognised Certificate Comprehensive Course Materials Ongoing Post-Course Support Upon completion, you will be certified in Reiki Level 1 and eligible for further training in Reiki Level 2 and Master levels. Client Guidelines – Aude Firmin My intention is to create a calm, respectful and professional space where you feel supported, safe and fully present in our work together. The notes below simply clarify how I operate and help protect the quality of the experience for everyone. Sessions may include intuitive leadership coaching, strategy, mentoring, Reiki or energy-based practices. These services are designed to support clarity, alignment and personal or professional growth. Intuitive insights and guidance offer perspective and reflection, but they do not replace licensed medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and are encouraged to seek appropriate qualified professionals when needed. All sessions are booked and paid in advance to confirm your time. Once delivered, sessions are considered fulfilled and non-refundable. Packages are to be used within the agreed timeframe. Invoices are payable by the stated due date. Where payment is delayed, a 15% late fee may be applied to cover administrative and scheduling impact. Rescheduling is welcome with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late changes may be forfeited, as your time has been reserved exclusively for you. Communication between sessions is intended for brief updates or practical matters. Deeper coaching and support are held within booked sessions. Messages are answered during business hours only (Tuesday-Saturday, 9am–8pm UK). Kindness, respect and professionalism are expected on both sides. If behaviour or communication becomes inappropriate, aggressive, or outside professional boundaries, I may pause or conclude our work together to maintain a safe environment.
