In the first half of the day you will learn:

1. Reiki Roots - Explore the fascinating journey of Mikao Usui, the visionary behind the discovery of Reiki energy. What Reiki is, its historical roots, and how this ancient practice found its way to the West.
2. Personalised Reiki Attunement - A sacred energy transmission that empowers you to channel the healing energy of Reiki.
3. Understanding Chakras - The significance of chakras, their locations, and how to work with them.
4. Foundations of Energy Healing - Learning essential guidelines and principles.
5. Aura Cleansing Techniques - “Kenyoku Ho”, how to ground and connect with the vital energies as well as cleansing your aura.
6. Breathwork - Reiki breathing and visualization exercises, attuning yourself to the energy's flow.
7. Understanding Disease - The nature of disease, the factors behind illnesses, and the pathways to healing.

In the second half of the day you will learn:

1. Hand positions - For giving others a Reiki treatment and for self-healing
2. Exploration of Reiki healing - From preparing the space to self-purification ("Hatsurei Ho" in Japanese) to administering the Reiki to the recipient.
3. Extend Reiki's healing influence - To animals, plants, and even energize your food.
4. Energy Scanning Techniques - Including "Byosen" and "Byosen Reikan Ho."
5. Five Reiki Principles - ("Gokai" in Japanese) and how they align with your wellness journey.
