This is why I have created the Lunchtime Reiki reboot! Reiki helps to restore the flow of this energy by rebalancing the body's energy centres, which can help to promote healing and well-being.
Just book a meeting room if you are not working from home so you can safely relax and close your eyes for 30 minutes while receiving Reiki online.
